JOB DESCRIPTION

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a VIP Data Analyst II to support the optimization and growth of our VIP program through data-driven insights and reporting. This position will focus on performance tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making across customer engagement initiatives.

You will assist in building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, writing SQL queries, and working with data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines. Your insights will help drive sales operations, customer reinvestment strategies, and VIP experience improvements, ensuring our most engaged customers receive high-value, personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards to track VIP program performance and key business metrics.
• Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate datasets for reporting and decision-making.
• Support data integrity and pipeline optimization by collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to measure customer engagement trends, sales performance, and reinvestment impact.
• Help develop customer segmentation and engagement models to enhance the VIP experience.
• Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Communicate data insights to commercial, marketing, and operations teams to support VIP initiatives.
  
  

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, with experience querying and analyzing datasets.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools for reporting and dashboarding.
• Basic understanding of data engineering concepts, including pipeline optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with customer loyalty programs, engagement analytics, or VIP strategy is a plus.
  
  

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
