About the Role

A leading insurance firm is seeking a Head of C-Suite Office to lead the Chief Risk Officer's (CRO) office and drive senior management meetings. This role requires a dynamic, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Risk Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CRO office, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment
• Oversee senior management meetings, driving agenda-setting and execution
• Enhance Risk Governance frameworks and improve processes within the risk function
• Ensure timely and high-quality Committee reporting and delivery against tight deadlines
• Act as a key liaison between senior stakeholders, fostering strong relationships

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a Risk Governance leadership role
• Track record of process improvement within a risk function
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering to tight deadlines and overseeing Committee reporting
• Insurance industry background preferred
