Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Communications Business Partner. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, crafting and delivering impactful communication strategies that align with our business goals and community aspirations. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and investor relations teams to ensure our messaging resonates with diverse audiences and strengthens our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication plans that support company objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Media & Public Relations: Build and nurture relationships with media, industry influencers, and partners to amplify company narratives.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling content across various channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media, and investor communications.
• Community Engagement: Collaborate with community managers to foster engagement across social platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Measurement & Reporting: Track communication performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or technology sectors.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen understanding of diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with executives and crafting high-impact messaging.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and analytics.
