UX Designer

For one of our Clients we are currently looking for UX Designer to join a newly established team in Poland and a newly opened IT Hub in Katowice. The UX Designer will be responsible for expanding Design System and implementing it across the organization. Will be as well involved in designing UX elements & concepts across the company's application landscape.

Requirements:

• Design System Development:
• > Create and evolve reusable design assets, and ensure all elements are gather in one place for re-usability across the company.
• > Define and document design principles, guidelines, and components to be used across various platforms and applications
• > Ensuring the system’s adherence to usability and accessibility standards
• Collaboration:
• > Work in close collaboration with external vendors, developers, and product teams.
• > Gather product and project design requirements, and actively participate in chosen projects to desing UX concepts (e.g. e-Commerce)
• Prototyping and Testing:
• > Prototype and test design system components, features, and user journeys to ensure good customer experience
• > Conduct regular reviews and updates to keep the design system in sync with company’s digital platforms
• Education and Training:
• > Conduct training sessions to educate teams on the proper use and implementation of the design system
• > Act as a resource for design-related queries and provide guidance to teams on leveraging the design system effectively
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or design system designer, preferably in a B2B environment
• Relevant academic degree
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design system implementations
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Basic understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) considered as plus
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Familiarity with B2B software and enterprise-level applications considered as plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
