About The Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Firmware QA team in Kaunas, Lithuania.

The compensation package starts from 2400 EUR to 3800 EUR (gross), depending on your experience.

In This Role, You Will:

Work closely with the development team to test and validate software components in a Linux-based networking environment.
Certify customer agents running on embedded Linux routers.
Develop and maintain automated end-to-end testing systems for embedded Linux routers.
Perform manual testing to validate firmware functionality.
Collaborate with development teams to debug and resolve issues.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with test automation and scripting.
Experience with manual testing in embedded or networking environments.
Familiarity with Linux networking (e.g., ‘ip’ command, network interfaces, IPv4 and standard protocols such as DHCP/DNS).
Fluency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with our international team.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

Previous experience with Python and Pytest for test automation.
Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Linux environments, including system administration and networking.
Hands-on experience with WiFi protocols and OpenWRT.
Familiarity with Scapy and/or Wireshark.
Experience testing gateways or other networking devices.
