• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science
• CSRD/ESG expertise or willingness to learn the domain
• Experience with stakeholder management

What will you do in this position?

As a Product Manager and Team Lead, you are responsible for product lifecycle of products within your portfolio. From defining user requirements to providing demos to clients, you are the to-go person for your products and a reliable leader for your team. .

You are well versed in Agile way of working and stay on top of team's prioritization for short- and long-term. Alignment of product roadmap with strategic business goals is always top of mind in everything you do.

During demos and client meetings, whether online or in-person, you know how to impress the users and show the product in a way that is relevant and exciting. You know how to adjust your communication style based on the stakeholders you are communicating with.
