We’ve planned a 6-month (July – December) fulfilling learning path that will grant you access to business know-how, relationship management and all sorts of engaging activities that make up the HP Way.

Each month is designed to provide a unique learning experience during which you will become familiarized with the activities, culture and organization.

What will your day consist of?

• Outline tasks and set goals for the day, such as coding a specific algorithm, hypothesis testing, experimenting with a new or existing models, or analysing results.
• Implement algorithms, preprocess data, and develop models. This involves writing and debugging code in Python and Pyspark.
• Run experiments with different model parameters and configurations to optimize performance by using Homogeneous and heterogeneous analysis.
• Use computational resources to train machine learning models by using ML methodologies, which may take a significant amount of time depending on the complexity and size of the dataset.
• Analysing Results Evaluation: Assess model performance using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, etc. Analyse confusion matrices and other evaluation tools
• Create plots and graphs to visualize data distributions and model performance.
  
  

Your Profile

• Enrolled in University or graduating after January 2025 in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• Independent with a positive attitude, strong willingness to discover and learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge on Descriptive Statistics and Predictive analytics.
• Knowledge on writing SQL/PLSQL
