Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Business Analyst to join our Living team, where you’ll play a central role in analyzing data and optimizing processes related to the Dutch housing market. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills as part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team. You’ll focus on developing data-driven tools, automating processes, and providing valuable insights to improve how we serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unlock, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that provide key market insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to streamline data processes and automation.
  • Support different departments with data-driven recommendations and solutions to enhance client services.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve data processes and develop new solutions to meet market demands.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant HBO/WO degree with a focus on data analysis, such as Econometrics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Real Estate Finance, or Urban Systems & Real Estate.
  • Fluency in Dutch and a very good level of English.
  • Strong interest in data analysis and the housing or real estate market.
  • Proficiency with VBA, PowerBI, and SQL; experience with Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive attitude, always looking to improve processes and find new opportunities.
