About the Role

As a Project Management Program Intern at Oeson Learning, you will embark on an intensive three-month training and internship program designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Project Management. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to develop leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills while working on real-world projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training covering key Project Management concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Work alongside industry experts on real-time projects, gaining practical experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Apply your learning in parallel with an internship, where you will contribute to live project execution and management.
• Learn how to use Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies in managing projects effectively.
• Gain experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Monday.com.
• Assist in risk management, stakeholder communication, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Receive continuous feedback and support to refine your expertise in time management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Project Management, Business Strategy, and Leadership.
• Eager to learn and take on challenges, no prior experience required.
