Job Title: Digital ASIC Technical Project Manager

Location: Lund (100% on-site in Lund)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Digital ASIC Technical Project Manager to lead our team in managing chip development projects. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely deliveries. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects and coordinate with internal and external interfaces (software, algorithms, electronics, products, and partners)

- Prioritize tasks, communicate project progress, and plan/follow up on deliveries

- Track and visualize project budget

- Participate in technology intake for the ASIC department, including technical and commercial negotiations with 3rd parties

- Drive continuous improvement by investigating new methodologies and updating work processes

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or similar

- Few years' experience in leading technical teams

- Familiarity with Agile approach

- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Passion for advanced ASIC development and leadership

Nice to Have:

- Experience with technical and commercial negotiations

- Knowledge of ASIC development and project management tools
