Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT operating models, and governance frameworks. This individual will be responsible for driving transformative change within the organization by analyzing and optimizing current IT processes, frameworks, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and implement impactful solutions within large, complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing IT processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and providing practical, actionable recommendations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment on goals, objectives, and progress.
• Develop and propose IT service management frameworks that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement IT operating models that align with business goals and improve overall organizational performance.
• Create and manage a comprehensive change management plan, including KPIs, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management practices, particularly ITIL and related frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing IT operating models within large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of governance structures, policies, and practices in IT.
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively within large, complex organizational environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solid experience in leading change management efforts related to process optimization and operational transformation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in IT or related fields.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar qualifications.
• Prior experience in management consulting roles, particularly with top-tier consulting firms.
• Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies within IT service management.
