User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads)

The platform enables 24/7 communication and content sharing without compromising performance or user experience. With a focus on high-load handling, excellent UX/UI, and a unique monetization strategy, we offer a top-tier product in the market. Our global goal is to become a top 5 international social networking service, with plans to expand into Latin American and Asian markets.

In this role, you will

• Whitelisting and account setup: obtain necessary permissions, liaise with platform support, and ensure compliance with Meta policies
• Analytics setup: integrate internal tools, configure Pixels, and ensure accurate data tracking
• Campaign launch & optimization: create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize performance
• Creative development: collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-converting ad creatives; conduct A/B tests on formats and messaging
• Testing and scaling: plan and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels; analyze results and scale successful campaigns
• Cross-team collaboration: work closely with CRO, Analytics, Product, and B2B teams to synchronize data, integrate offers, and share insights
  
  
  

It’s All About You

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing
• Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Strong skills in whitelisting/account setup (access management, support interactions, billing, compliance with Meta policies)
• Expertise in campaign types, targeting strategies, ad formats, and Meta moderation rules
• Experience managing large daily budgets in Tier 1 markets
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools
• Understanding of key performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROMI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention)
• Ability to extract actionable insights from data to improve campaign performance
• Confident in setting up Pixels, Conversion API, tracking goals & events
• Experience integrating internal/external tracking and analytics systems
• Skilled in A/B testing (creatives, landing pages, audiences, funnels) and rapid result analysis
• Experience working with high budgets, bid adjustments, and scaling strategies
• Ability to brief designers, copywriters, and video production teams effectively
• Experience in constant creative testing while adhering to Meta policies and limitations
