Introduction

The IBM CIO Organization plays a pivotal role in driving the company's digital transformation and modernization initiatives. Led by the CIO, the organization is responsible for managing the company's information technology (IT) infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity programs. The CIO works closely with other executives and senior leaders to develop and execute the company's overall IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business goals. IBM CIO acts as Client Zero to foster a culture of experimentation within the organization, enabling the product team to provide feedback on improving offerings for clients

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Sr. Full Stack Developer, you will be required to lead/independently contribute the delivery team

Plan out a development roadmap for the enterprise development team and provide relevant insights to the product owners on industry practices, Business Logics and Solution Architecture.
Acting as a Full Stack expert with regards to business needs and application design-related activities which includes configuration and design reviews within a project team
Drive effective project delivery and coordination, through a highly collaborative approach.
As a Full Stack Developer, you are required to Develop, Host, Tune the Application code, understand the infrastructure needs and Design the solution considering all possible trade offs

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Experience hosting with WebSphere, WebSphere Liberty or other Application Servers such as Wildly.
Working experience on SQL, NoSQL Databases
web backend development and server-side stack (Django/Spring boot/NodeJS/Nginx)
Front-end design with vanilla CSS and D3/charting libraries
Experience in Front end MVC design patterns - Angular/React
Experience in building responsive web designs
Ability to optimize web/server performance
Experienced with back-end programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript
Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications. Maintain code integrity
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
Understanding and implementation of ITSS, GDPR, policies ensuring the security of the application.
Proficient experience using frameworks such as Express, Django, Flask, CakePHP, Laravel.
Knowledge and understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Knowledge and experience on DevOps practices. Provide guidance on the application of agile practices in client projects having experience with Build and Deployment Pipelines, like Jenkins.
Experience in AGILE methodology, Iteration review, Release Planning, management update and preparation of KPI on Deliveries
Team player and Team leader as the situation demand and lead by example
Neutral Communication skill with exposure to network with Global stakeholders
