MES Engineer

We are currently working with a leading pharmaceutical company looking for an MES Engineer to join their team in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career in one of the fastest-growing CDMOs globally.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing, testing, and optimizing automated production processes.
• Conducting risk and process deviation analyses.
• Ensuring cGMP-compliant documentation in collaboration with the wider production team.
• Continuously improving processes while adhering to safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality requirements.

As an ideal candidate you should have the following qualifications:

• Biotechnology/Bioprocess Engineering/Pharmaceutical Engineering OR as a Chemical/Pharmaceutical Technologist with several years of professional experience.
• Experience in independently operating process control systems.
• Knowledge of DeltaV and/or MES Syncade.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written); proficient in English.
