- Design, analyze, and implement AI solutions in collaboration with team management and AI technical leads.
- Develop and apply machine learning models and NLP techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
- Deliver AI/ML training to both technical and non-technical (business) users.
- Present project results in a clear, modern, and business-friendly manner.
- Perform data modeling within the scope of AI and data science applications.
- Build industrial AI solutions to maximize data science and AI potential.
- Support the development of generative AI solutions for knowledge management.
- Work cross-functionally to analyze business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on AI advancements, attend relevant meetings, and provide management briefings as needed.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Master Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 9 years of experience in IT.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI solution development, including machine learning and NLP, with expertise in Deep Learning models and NLP techniques. Strong knowledge of ML techniques and algorithms such as k-NN, Naïve Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Neural Networks, and AI frameworks.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Python and R in AI/ML, using libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, dplyr, stringr, tidymodels, torch for R, ggplot.
- At least 3 years working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker). Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and SPARQL is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with GitHub/GitLab and ETL tools (e.g., Data Services, Talend).
- At least 3 years of expertise in Semantic NLP techniques, including semantic representation, text analysis, similarity, and parsing.
- Hands-on experience using Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, LLaMa, Mistral) in business applications, delivering measurable results.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Requirements Gathering, and Project Management within AI, ML, Data Science, or Data Analytics projects.
- Strong skills in database design, data modeling, data mining, segmentation, and data preparation for AI/ML models.
- Ability to stay up to date with evolving AI technologies and methodologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is required (C1).
