Mission Overview

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be embedded in the Program Management Life Department within the Process & Organisation team at our clients site. Your mission? Transform raw operational data into actionable insights to drive efficiency, decision-making, and performance improvements.

The team is spearheading projects to enhance data representation and management, including a recently launched workflow tool that requires advanced Power BI support. Your expertise will be crucial in data collection, analysis, visualization, and architecture conceptualization.

You will play a key role in advising, strategizing, and mentoring team members while ensuring that the data-driven initiatives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Development & Data Analysis

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key insights for Operations.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support business decision-making.
• Identify and apply AI-driven solutions to improve dashboard sophistication.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular validation and verification.
  
  
  

Consultancy & Advisory

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and propose solutions.
• Drive data awareness initiatives within the department, fostering a culture of analytics.
• Guide the conceptual setup of data architecture to streamline operations.
• Mentor & support team members in upskilling their data analytics capabilities.

• Identify and implement analytical models on operational data to extract valuable insights.
• Work closely with IT teams and Operations to align data strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills & Expertise

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Power BI Expertise Advanced skills in building reports, dashboards, Power Query, and DAX.
• Data Analysis & Modeling Ability to structure, group, and analyze complex datasets.
• Data Visualization Strong understanding of effective data storytelling techniques.
• MS Office 365 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.

• Python For advanced analytics and automation.
• Copilot M365 Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools.
• Time Series Modeling Knowledge of forecasting techniques (e.g., ARIMA).

• 58 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus.
