About The Position

Sr. FullStack Software Engineer (React / Node.js)

‍As a Sr. Software Engineer, you'll get to build upon the latest

advances in tech - including LLMs, AI, and voice transcription/analysis. This

is a ground-floor opportunity to join early and tangibly shape the company's trajectory.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer. Skilled enough on frontend
  
  

and backend to move quickly and also maintain high-quality of output

• Senior engineer, with at least 3+ years of experience with Node.js and React
• Able to operate independently, without much guidance/support, and to unblock themselves if stuck on something while coding
• Able to think about the user experience and product impact while deciding how to build
• Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment
• Cares about shipping high-quality products, and believes that details matter in creating a delightful user experience
• Self-driven, and able to work on a mix of open ended-experiment ideas and projects with detailed specifications
• Thinks like an owner, and has excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excited about the untapped potential of leveraging AI and LLMs to analyze conversations and drive revenue growth
