Analista funzionale

Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento Operations & Technology come Analista Funzionale con almeno 2 anni di esperienza.

Attività:

• Dialogare con l’area business per approfondimenti delle esigenze di business;
• Dialogare con l’area sviluppo per approfondire e sviluppare soluzioni tecniche;
• Raccolta dei requisiti di business;
• Definizione delle specifiche funzionali per il disegno e progettazione delle soluzioni tecnologiche da implementare;
• Valutare la fattibilità e gli impatti sulla piattaforma del requisito utente;
• Redigere la documentazione (Doc di fattibilità, High-level Design;...);
• Supporto alle fasi di test (system e user acceptance test).

Requisiti:

• Conoscenza del Dominio: Conoscenza del gambling online;
• Strumenti di Documentazione: Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence e simili;
• Conoscenza Sistemi di modellazione sequence diagramming, use case (ad es. UML);
• Raccogliere e analizzare le esigenze del cliente e tradurre i requisiti in specifiche funzionali attraverso la redazione di documenti di progetto;
• Assistere alla definizione, disegno o pianificazione di progetti per sviluppare o implementare componenti applicativi o servizi;
• Proporre soluzioni IT che contribuiscano al miglioramento dell'operatività dei processi.

We are looking for a profile to join the Operations & Technology Department as a Functional Analyst with at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the business area to understand business needs;
• Collaborate with the development team to explore and develop technical solutions;
• Gather business requirements;
• Define functional specifications for the design and development of technological solutions;
• Assess feasibility and impact on the platform based on user requirements;
• Prepare documentation (Feasibility Study, High-Level Design, etc.);
• Support testing phases (system and user acceptance testing).

Requirements:

• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the online gambling industry;
• Documentation Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools;
• Modeling Systems: Knowledge of sequence diagramming, use case modeling (e.g., UML);
• Ability to collect and analyze client needs and translate them into functional specifications through project documentation;
• Assist in defining, designing, and planning projects to develop or implement application components or services;
• Propose IT solutions to enhance process efficiency.
