This paid one-year commitment focuses on your development, providing you with practical experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.

This year, we have several tracks available, including Business Analytics and Support, Data Science & Analytics, Quantitative Analytics, IT Software Engineering and DevOps (IT Platform Engineers) Tracks. Choose the one that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.

In Data Science & Analytics Track, we are looking for Business Intelligence Analysts; Statistical Analysts; IT Analysts; Data Scientists and Risk Specialists.

What's next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend assessment events at the beginning of April, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers. The expected starting date is early to mid-May 2025.

For FuturePros students - monthly salary 1750 Eur gross.

You will:

• Join one of the FuturePros Data Science & Analytics Track teams at Danske Bank Lithuania as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Statistical Analyst, IT Analysts, Data Scientist or Risk Specialist
• If you join as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to either apply your existing technical skills or learn new ones by working with JIRA enterprise administration and JIRA Server, Alteryx, or Tableau systems, and deepen your understanding of the SQL programming language
• If you decide to join as a Statistical Analyst, you will have the chance to enhance your technical skills by working with SAS and SQL, whether you are building on existing knowledge or keen to develop new skills
• As an IT Analyst, you will have the opportunity to either utilise your current skills or develop new ones by supporting daily operations, assisting users, resolving issues, working with databases, analysing business requirements, testing new features, optimising processes, collaborating with business stakeholders and developers, and maintaining documentation
• Alternatively, you might have the chance for enhancing your technical skills by working with Python or SQL Server stack and its tools (T-SQL or/and PL/SQL), whether you are experienced or looking to learn
• If you opt to join as a Data Scientist you will get the opportunity to either utilise your current knowledge and skills or develop your coding abilities in Python and SQL
• As a Risk Specialist you will use and enhance your numerical and quantitative skills or deepen your knowledge in Excel and SQL programming language
• Either way you will collaborate with your leader, senior colleagues, and former FuturePros participants to foster your development
  
  

About you:

• Your enthusiasm for professional development enables you to thrive in roles such as Business Intelligence Analyst, Statistical Analyst, IT Analyst, Data Scientist, or Risk Specialist
• You are curious, whether you are a recent graduate, a reskilled specialist, or a student in IT, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Have the foundational knowledge for the chosen profile, obtained at your higher education institution, coding school, or through individual studies
• Your skills in scripting and problem-solving are noteworthy
• You might already have experience in tools such as Excel, JIRA, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL, or Python, or you are willing to learn and develop your abilities in these areas
• You are collaborative, willing to work closely with leaders, senior colleagues, and previous FuturePros participants to support your professional growth
• Enthusiasm for process optimisation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement makes you a valuable asset to the team
• Have a Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication in international teams
