We are looking for an IT Risk Officer to join our IT Risk & Cyber Security team in Porto. If you have a strong background in IT Risk and Cyber Security, thrive in a multi-cultural environment, and have excellent organizational and communication skills, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

Manage IT risk and cybersecurity processes, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices
Utilize ServiceNow GRC IT module for risk assessments and reporting
Apply ISO 27001 standards to enhance security frameworks
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and process improvements
Collaborate with international teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines

Qualifications

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT Risk and/or Cyber Security
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Knowledge of French, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean is a plus
Experience with ServiceNow GRC IT module
Strong expertise in MS Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
Familiarity with ISO 27001 (highly valuable)
Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage meetings, and conduct negotiations
Detail-oriented with systematic, critical, and logical thinking
