Inetum is a dynamic and innovative technology company dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients. We are seeking a talented and resourceful Business Intelligence Support Engineer to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging to solve complex problems.
  • Provide technical support in a customer-facing role within the technology sector.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, prioritizing multiple demands effectively.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical, senior business users with ease.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop application and the Service, and Gateway), or similar BI tools such as Tableau, SAS, Qlik, Sisense, Oracle Analytics Cloud, MicroStrategy, or Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of SQL Server Analysis Services concepts, MDX, DAX, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Awareness of SQL Server or other Database Management systems like Oracle or SAP.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in team-wide shift rotations to cover business needs, including “on-call” responsibilities and weekend work.

Language Qualifications

  • English Language: confident in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Additional Latin languages like French, Spanish, Italian are a plus.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

  • Support experience delivering IT Application support or services.
  • Some understanding or awareness of Office 365/ Windows Administration, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, or the .NET Framework would be helpful.
  • Excel skills with Power Query and Data Modelling would be beneficial.
  • Experience gained or conceptual knowledge of Microsoft Azure/ AWS Cloud architecture or any Cloud SaaS experience.
  • Understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) principles and protocols.
  • A solid grasp of HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) principles and its various methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.).
