About Us

Within the Chief Digital Office, the Emerging Technologies team is dedicated to advancing Damen’s capabilities in artificial intelligence. The focus is on integrating AI solutions, to enhance our business processes and support innovation. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the adoption and development of AI-based solutions using Microsoft technologies, such as Copilot.

The Role

As an intern AI Training Program, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business in both the adoption of Copilot and the development of AI-based solutions. You will assist in training our workforce, developing proof of concepts, and supporting various related tasks. Your contributions will help us leverage smart solutions to improve our operations, drive innovation, and create an impact for our organization. This role is available as either a parttime or fulltime position.

Key Accountabilities

• Innovate: Develop and implement AI-based solutions to address business challenges with Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the team to align strategic efforts and support the adoption of Copilot within the business.
• Educate: Coordinate and assist in training programs, organize and support presentations, workshops, events, and prompt hackathons to enhance workforce skills in AI and promote technology adoption.
• Analyze: Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights to improve solutions.
  
  

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for pioneers who dare to innovate and take ownership. The ideal candidate is:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Innovation Management, Business Innovation, Data & Business, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering concepts.
• Experienced with AI development tools and platforms, especially with Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Power Platform Apps (a plus).
