Under the direction of the Director, People Strategy, the Manager, Human Resource Operations will provide support to develop, maintain, and enhance people operations. This is a very visible, hands-on and results-oriented work environment and we’re looking for someone who will take ownership and be enthusiastic about building and supporting the team while maintaining strong connections to the broader team and culture.

As Manager, People Operations you will play a pivotal role in providing operational excellence to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding and everything in between
• Design and implement strategies and processes that enhance Neo4j’s HR Operations by creating efficiencies, and maintaining a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage and mentor a small team with the goal of providing excellent support to the business in all People team matters
• Collaborate and partner with the wider People team and cross functionally to build strong relationships that enhance our internal processes.
• Stay up to date with legal requirements and industry best practice, ensuring our HR Operations processes comply with relevant regulations.
• Provide frontline support for employee questions and concerns
• Assist with special projects and perform other HR related duties as needed

• 5+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and improve processes
• Experience managing individual contributors
• Experience working/partnering with global teams and navigating different timezones
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
