Job Description

Develop performant and usable web pages and UI elements, based on input from UI/UX designers and user feedback

Champion usability and usability testing; serve as the teams expert on usability principles

Ensure the application is responsive and functional across various devices, screen sizes and browsers

Collaborate with the QA specialist to test compatibility across different browsers and platforms

Advise the team on the best languages & tools for UI development

Ensure the application UI is secured against malicious access attempts

Skills And Requirements

Demonstrated facility with multiple tools and languages for front-end development: JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML 5, CSS, etc.

Experience with implementing responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

Competence in working with code repositories and version control (Git, GitHub, etc.)

Familiarity with front-end test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Cypress

Experience with, and enthusiasm for, working on cross-functional Scrum / Agile development teams Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD

Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques

Previous work in high-security apps and domains

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related fields null
