Tech Lead (React Native & TypeScript Backend)

📍 Location: Remote (B2B Contract)

⏳ Time Zone: EMEA – suitable for candidates from Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Turkey, UAE, South Africa, and other EMEA regions.

💰 Salary: 5000 - 5500 USD Gross

📅 Holidays: 10 public holidays per year (vacation and sick days are unpaid)

We are seeking a Tech Lead with at least 7 years of experience in React Native and 1+ year in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality mobile applications and backend services using TypeScript. Experience with Headless CMS solutions is a strong plus.

• Lead the development and architecture of mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and implement backend solutions with TypeScript.
• Work with Headless CMS to manage and deliver content efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the development team.
• Oversee deployment processes and ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

✅ 7+ years of experience with React Native.

✅ Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript for backend development.

✅ 1+ year of experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.

✅ English C1

✅ Experience with Headless CMS solutions.

✅ Strong understanding of mobile app development best practices.

✅ Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions.

✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
