Join our dynamic applications development team as a Senior Java Backend Developer, where you'll play a key role in modernizing and upgrading backend systems using the latest technologies

Responsibilities

• Perform a technical upgrade of a backend application built on top of an enterprise framework using open-source libraries.
• Migrate and upgrade:

Spring 2 → Spring 5 → Spring 6

Hibernate 3 → Hibernate 5 → Hibernate 6.5

SOAP Webservices → REST Webservices

Java 8 → Java 21

• Ensure compliance with cross-project and project-specific development guidelines.
• Collaborate with the NBB development support team for guidance on upgrades.

• RESTful API Design
• SOAP API
• SQL & Oracle Database
