About The Team

Customer Experience

Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.

Your objective is to ensure that each project is as successful and satisfying for the customer as possible, and revenue is generated as quickly as possible. You are the central go-to resource for all internal colleagues and external customers, participating in customer meetings with the commercial team and communicating with key internal stakeholders.

You will manage several customer projects at any time, delivering activity right first time, every time. You will translate a scope of work into a project plan containing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and RACI for activities to be carried out to successfully achieve the agreed objective. You will also support the continuous improvement of the onboarding process by acting as voice of the customer.

What You’ll Own

  • Own the new opportunity through our internal Ready, Execute, Deliver salesforce process
  • You will accurately manage projects using clear and well-maintained project plans from inception through to live, managing all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless start to the customers’ Worldpay relationship
  • Hold weekly project management calls with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Work in partnership with the customer Project Manager, agreeing joint actions, tasks and timelines
  • Provide regular updates to the commercial team and leaders on project status, flagging risks and escalations
  • Conduct retrospective assessments of your projects at their conclusion
  • Contribute to our central risk register & lessons learned log

What You Bring

  • You are an independent worker within a team, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
  • You are a first-class communicator, with a focus on face to face and verbal communication
  • You work with agility, passion, commitment, and strong personal ownership
  • You are extremely well organised and proactive in all you do with excellent eye for detail
  • You are creative and forward thinking with a good aptitude for problem solving
  • You are customer focused including strong commercial acumen to recommend scope upgrades
  • You are willing to travel to other office locations when required including locations outside of the UK

Added bonus if you have

  • You are able to challenge the information you receive to test and validate it before acting
  • You speak more than one language fluently, ideally German, French, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish
  • You are experienced in project management and using PM tools
  • You have experience working with Salesforce CRM tool, data, creating reports & dashboards
  • You have a track record of dealing with major corporate customers at senior level
  • You have technical payments knowledge
  • Curious – You ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day.
  • Humble – You never stop learning, no matter how experienced you are. You create a culture where honesty and accountability are valued.
  • Open - You work across borders, working with your team to achieve your collective goals.
