Position: Senior Azure DevOps
Location: Dundalk - Ireland, Krakow - Poland (Onsite, Hybrid mode)
Experience: 4+ yrs
Required Engineering Knowledge:
- Understanding of a system-of-systems point of view, an ability to understand the system both from high-level and low-level. Being able to analyse how different system components relate to each other.
- Deep understanding of networking and networking security, specifically L3 (IPs, VPNs, Routing, Firewalls), and L4 (DNS, HTTP/REST, etc).
- Reverse engineering abilities (due to lack of documentations).
- Ability to troubleshoot problems from logs, metrics, and minimal context.
- Understanding of cloud and microservices architectures (as well as domain-driven design).
- Ability to understand system requirements and plan a fitting solution that fits constraints and trade-offs.
- Understanding of CI/CD and monitoring concepts.
- Ability to communicate and work with developers and understand their needs and what they're working with even without prior knowledge.
- Ability to create clear, organized and verbose documentation both in code and in Confluence.
- Ability to find anti-patterns and implement best-practices wherever possible.
- Knowledge in cybersecurity concepts and implementation (secure code, secure containers, handling CVEs, etc).

- Languages - Python, Groovy, Bash/Zsh
- CI/CD - Jenkins, ArgoCD
- Containerization - Kubernetes, Helm, Docker/Docker-Compose
- Cloud - Azure
- Monitoring - Prometheus Operator, Grafana, OpenSearch
- Code Management - Git, GitHub
- Operating Systems - Windows Server, Linux, iOS/Unix, WSL
Nice to Have Technologies:
- Queues – RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Knowledge in Databases - Redis, MongoDB, MySQL
- Knowledge in Front End Frameworks - Webpack, NodeJS, Jest, Cypress
- Monitoring - Alerta
- Cloud - OpenStack
- Security - Wiz, Snyk
