Front-end Developer & Web Designer – Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Web Designer with extensive skills in UX design to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will help us create visually appealing front-end designs, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital assets for our real estate projects and marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the aesthetic front-end layout, visual elements, and user interface of the websites and landing pages to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to implement creative and engaging web solutions that meet project goals and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life and guide the development process.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Manage and update digital assets, ensuring that they are in line with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Continuously monitor the performance of websites and landing pages, making necessary design updates to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Work with the development team to implement designs and troubleshoot any issues related to visual elements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to deliver innovative, high-quality work.
• Optimize designs for SEO and collaborate with developers to ensure that all design aspects are search-engine friendly.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative process.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, with an ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for web design
• Strong knowledge about custom Email templates design
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
• Strong knowledge in design tools like of Adobe and others like Photoshop, XD, Figma, and Canva.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet user needs and align with brand guidelines.
• Experience with responsive design and optimization for various devices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Bitrix24 or other CRM software is a plus.
