Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative AI Developer to join our team in Canada. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, artificial intelligence algorithms, and data-driven solutions to solve complex problems and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-based applications.
  • Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model training.
  • Implement deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision algorithms.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.
  • Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
  • Continuously monitor AI models in production to ensure their effectiveness and improve them based on feedback and new data.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy AI solutions at scale.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in developing AI, machine learning, and deep learning models.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google AI).
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git and working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with edge computing and IoT in AI applications.
  • Exposure to AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing AI models for specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, autonomous systems) is a plus.
