Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence & Digitization - Consultant to drive business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within our organization. The consultant will play a key role in leading change management activities for the ERP Transformation Project, ensuring seamless implementation, process standardization, and automation. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Transformation Project – Pre-Deployment Phase

• Lead SME workshops to facilitate requirement gathering, business process design, and documentation.
• Validate and sign off business rules, process flows, and Delegation of Authority (DOA) for workflow setup.
• Develop and execute test scenarios across all business units and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues before production deployment.
• Oversee training material validation, end-user participation, and system adoption support.
• Act as a primary liaison for business units, support roll-out plans, and track issue resolution.
  
  

ERP Implementation Project – Post-Deployment Phase (Run Support)

• Manage issues during the "Hyper Care" period to ensure smooth transition and resolution.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows aligned with the new processes.
• Promote user adoption through roadshows, governance calls, and performance tracking.
• Identify and implement change requests, including bug fixes, new business cases, and workflow modifications.
  
  

Process Excellence, Automation & Insights

• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and standardize processes.
• Conduct entitlement studies to identify automation opportunities and create business cases.
• Leverage data analytics and AI solutions to support effective decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
  
  

Change Management for Technology Projects

• Coordinate change management activities related to IT initiatives, system implementations, and digital transformation projects.
• Develop and execute tailored change management plans for IT projects.
• Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Finance.
• PMP/Prince2/Lean-Six Sigma/Change Management Certification (or equivalent).
• (Preferred) Agile/Scrum Practitioner certification.
• (Preferred) Cloud-based ERP Functional Knowledge/Certification (Oracle, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics).
  
  

Professional Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in deploying medium to large-scale digital transformation/ERP projects.
• Strong background in IT change management.
• Proven expertise in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
