Key Job Responsibilities

• Independently design and implement complex distributed software using object-oriented approach/ technologies.
• Leading ambiguous and undefined technical problems to resolution.
• Design and develop services which can handle high volume transactions and data.
• Should understand business requirements, challenges and translate them to working solution.
• Independently resolve the technical issues understanding existing code and architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other engineers, review other engineers work insisting on highest standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Influence the cross functional teams in designing the solutions that impact larger organization

Mandatory Qualifications

• 7+ years of non-internship professional software/product development experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in design, architecture (reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience in programming/ software development by delivering high quality code in any software programming language.
• Experience in full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control managements, operational excellence and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver quality software at speed

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Experience in developing cloud-native applications using Java technologies.
