Responsibilities :

• Identify improvement areas and plan for course correction.

• Identify and execute new channels of growth: For ex - improve ToF, VM campaigns, CRM

campaigns, and offline campaigns.

• Keep track of hiring and churn across verticals.

• Plan new pilots/initiatives, testing, and scaling.

• Daily / weekly/ monthly delivery.

• Center visits to get insights on funnel or customer experience.

• Initiative to build a better product.

Ideal Candidate :

• Analytics skills - should be proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.

• 2-4 years of work experience as a program manager, generalist profile.

• Should have good business acumen.

• Should be able to understand data and make decisions accordingly.

• Up for center/field visits and get insights.

• Problem solving.
