We are looking for a Junior Product Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in UI/UX design, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will work on designing web, mobile, and desktop applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Advanced English is required, as you will communicate with international teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Understand business objectives and user needs to create intuitive and efficient designs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and propose design solutions.

Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma.

Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Participate in Agile development processes, especially Scrum sprints.

Stay updated on Generative AI trends and explore their applications in design.

Requirements:

Experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

Strong understanding of design principles for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
