.Net Developer

Position: .Net Developer

Location: Sydney

Duration: 6 months

Key accountabilities of the role:

Candidate should be able to perform below responsibilities:

Front-end Development:

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (like Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Implement interactive features and components for a seamless user experience

Back-end Development:

• Design and develop robust web services using C# and ASP.NET MVC.
• Create APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Manage database interactions using SQL queries and stored procedures (e.g., SQL Server).
• ETL tool development using tools like SSIS, DTS etc

Architecture and Design:

• Participate in architectural discussions and design patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Implement clean code practices and follow coding standards.

Testing and Deployment:

• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Use of automated unit test like NUnit or Specflow
• Deploy applications to production environments using automated tools like Jenkins or puppet

Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Inherent requirements of the role/ Mandatory/Essential Skills and Experience

Required Skills:

• Programming Languages: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SSIS, SSRS
• Front-end Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Front-end Frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Database Management: SQL Server (or similar) and T-SQL
• Version Control: Git
• Design Patterns: MVC, SOLID principles
• Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban

Desired Skills:

• Experience with .NET Core
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
