Job Description:

• Program Management Plan: Creating a comprehensive program management plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the program.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensuring their alignment with the program’s objectives.
• Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively across projects, including budget management and resource allocation.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the progress of projects within the program and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring project team members to ensure cohesive and efficient execution of projects.

Tasks Description:

• You will ensure the delivery of end-to-end programs requiring cross-business unit coordination and investment in various areas such as new business product launches, IT software development, technical or network evolution, commercial contracts, and organizational changes. Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards according to the program plan.
• As program manager, you will coordinate work packages and integrate the deliverables of experts coming from different horizons; Client’s or third parties/partners;
• You will plan program milestones, monitor overall progress, resolve issues, and take corrective actions as appropriate.
• You will manage dependencies and interfaces between programs/projects and escalate recommendations to executive levels when necessary
• The budget allocated to the program will be in your hands and you will monitor expenditure and costs against deliverables, and conduct post-mortem analysis to verify that expected results have been achieved
• You will be responsible for the quality quality assurance and overall integrity of the programs by making sure that the framework implemented to launch new product, develop new IT software or manage major evolution of the network are well applied choosing the right methodology (Waterfall, Agile, ADKAR …) & by organizing regular lessons learned after each important phase of the programs
• You will handle customers' expectations by identifying, understanding their interest(s)/influence(s) and put in place a pro-active communication, action plan which will be regularly updated along the project lifecycle.
• You will manage third party contributions to the programme(s) as appropriate, implement the right communication channel
• You will organize, and execute steering committee meetings to share progress, address critical risks, and obtain decisions from the responsible departments.
• You should demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding and inspiring the program team. Ensure the right skills are onboard, provide training on program methodology, offer coaching throughout the project, and conduct regular one-on-one follow-ups to foster professional growth and development
• You will engage best practices, techniques and tools for project planning, execution, milestone/deliverable tracking, communication, and key performance metrics.
• You will proactively align business processes and procedures for ongoing programs to provide business value in the most efficient way.

Profile of the Program Manager:

• You have a Master degree and more than 5 years of relevant experience ideally in the telecommunication sector;
• Experience in working in incubation team is a plus
• Development experience in APIs is a plus
• You can delivery complex program on time within budget and quality
• You have ability to lead, convince and motivate people not directly reporting to you
• You have experience to integrated complex program planning coming from different horizon (Client’s planning versus Third parties planning)
• You possess proven project management skills and ability to establish project(s)
• In addition to your drive for results, you are a true leader and an excellent communicator by nature,
• Good negotiation skills and able to expose/challenge to upper management.
• You are experienced in risk /issue management, priority setting and follow up;
• You are methodical and proficient in planning;
