Senior UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you'll be shaping new features for our online casino, enhancing marketing campaign pages, and building a design component library.

What will you be doing?

• Design UI/UX solutions optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate design strategies and rationale.
• Create user journeys and concept work that align with the stakeholders' broader goals.
• Develop and maintain design rules, style guides, and libraries.
• Standardize and modernize OlyBet platforms, ensuring designs are user-friendly, brand-consistent, and accessible.
• Focus on brand CVI, ensuring consistency across all online channels.
• Integrate user testing into the design process, analyze results, and iterate accordingly.
• Stay current with UI/UX design trends and best practices, continuously bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Does this sound like you?

• Higher education or equivalent experience in UI, UX, or related research areas.
• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end user-centric and creative design.
• Proficiency with rapid prototyping and visualization tools like Figma.
• Experience working with design systems and creating design components.
• Solid understanding of mobile and web technologies and industry trends
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
