Full Stack Developer – Helsinki (Hybrid)

Salary: €5,500–6,500/month

Our client is a rapidly growing company developing a modern, scalable platform for the rental and property management industry. They are expanding their development team and are looking for a Full Stack Developer to contribute to their evolving platform.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on maintaining and enhancing the company's existing platform, contributing to new features and ensuring scalability. You will be part of a small, collaborative team where developers are involved in both architectural decisions and hands-on coding.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using Node.js, React, TypeScript, and MySQL.
• Work on architecture and high-quality implementations with best practices.
• Participate in roadmap planning and collaborate closely with the team.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong team culture.
• Operate in two-week sprints, working on prioritized tasks based on team strengths and interests.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development.

✅ Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and MySQL.

✅ Experience with quality assurance and a passion for technical excellence.

✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a Finnish-speaking environment.

✅ A collaborative mindset and an interest in mentoring junior developers.

✅ A hands-on developer who enjoys coding rather than a leadership role.

Bonus Points for:

✨Experience with accounting, ledger, or financial management systems.

✨Understanding of ERP systems.

✨Knowledge of AWS, DevOps, and Terraform.
