Job Description

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the VP of FP&A, Head of Finance Transformation and partner closely with Group Accounting and Controlling teams to design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and ensure the best-in-class reporting infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain automated Segment Reporting for different business units to provide financial visibility and performance tracking across segments.
  • Automate the delivery of Monthly Lease data to calculate the asset values under customer lease agreements, ensuring accurate tracking of rent payments, asset lifespan, and customer purchases, for key stakeholders providing an efficient self-service reporting.
  • Develop deep knowledge of ERP data related to financial transactions and resources, use it to ensure adequate usage & design of ERP in collaboration with the Finance Transformation and the Analytics Engineering Guild teams to contribute to the ERP data modelling for the Finance team.
  • Closely work with Finance leadership, lead weekly meetings with them, ensure quarterly roadmap planning and drive prioritization.


Qualifications

What you should bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience business intelligence, analytics with a strong background in finance or accounting domains.
  • High proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Our tech stack includes dbt, Snowflake, Streamlit and Tableau.
  • Exposure to Python for data analysis (e.g. pandas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in automating data pipelines and reporting workflows, especially for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Strong ability to analyse financial data, identify patterns, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of clear, understandable financial reports.
  • Enthusiasm for working in dynamic, rapidly changing environments, with a commitment to financial excellence and innovation.
