The hiring team builds powerful tools and backend systems that connect customers with the best pension products on the market. With a team of 6 skilled fullstack and 3 QA engineers, they’re dedicated to delivering a top-notch service and trustworthy experience for their users and insurance partners.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new product features throughout the whole stack in an Agile/Kanban/Lean process
• Keep an eye on the system sustainability and improve it as part of the development process
• Participate in team discussions on architecture and best practices as they evolve
• Support the product management while planning features from the architecture, security and milestone perspectives
• Continuously develop your skills and share your progress with the team and beyond

Requirements:

• You have a degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field
• You have some practical experience with Node.js, React, or similar technologies (up to 2 years of practical experience, internships or working student experience are welcome) and you’re eager to dive into every part of the stack which includes TypeScript, JavaScript, Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB and more
• You love coding and share the opinion that a clean, tested and bug free code is amazing
• You love working in the office together with the team, are open to feedback, learning and self-improvement
• You have a goal-oriented mindset - the ultimate goal is to make the users happy by delivering great software!
• You are fluent in English (C1) - German is a plus
