Junior HR Generalist - Leased Labor - Munich (18 months) (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Support COE modules including performance, promotion, position management, etc.
• Support daily communication with HQ contact person.
• Support and archive expatriates’ transfer, onboarding and offboarding process.
  
  

Your areas of expertise

• Human resources related academic background, work experience, internship experience is preferred.
• International working experience across different functions and/or countries, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international environment in a Chinese company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit,
• Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of German labor law or visa issues is advantageous.
• Work with the team to support HR team operations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions.
