Human Resources Specialist

A HR Specialist is needed for our Cork County North based manufacturing client. The person will cover all aspects of HR support including data reporting.

THE ROLE:

• Support of medium sized manufacturing client across recruitment, HR administration, L&D and general support activity.
• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources.
• Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Optimising and implementing new data processes and systems.
• Conduct and/or assist with internal HR compliance audits.
• Supports project activity with HR manager guidance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Third level qualification in HR or Business.
• 3-4 years of HR or Office Management in a busy environment.
• Strong systems and administration skills.
• Good knowledge of HR regulation and good with people.
• Experience of Irish HR regulation is imperative.
