Jeff is a fintech startup on a mission to address a critical global challenge: over 2 billion people worldwide have limited or no access to financial products. We power financial product comparison marketplaces that connect consumers with financial service providers through innovative use of digital footprint data.

Some of the things you will be in charge of:

  • Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies for regions such as Colombia, India, Peru, and other emerging markets
  • Competitor Analysis: Lead in-depth competitor and market analysis to uncover new business opportunities
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage key accounts across platforms, driving significant revenue growth
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage market data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure performance in new markets
  • End-to-End Partner Engagement: Oversee the entire partner outreach process—from initial prospecting and negotiation to finalizing deals
  • Product & Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to propose, implement, and manage market-driven product enhancements
  • Market Research Excellence: Conduct thorough market research, from high-level macro analysis to detailed partner engagement strategies




Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a demonstrated record of driving growth
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in securing strategic partnerships and managing client relationships that deliver measurable results
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Innovative Mindset: Enthusiasm for leveraging artificial intelligence tools and data analytics to drive decision-making
  • Adaptability: A proactive, agile leader comfortable with the pace and demands of a dynamic startup environment
