Job Description

The Client Services Project Manager II is responsible for the efficient handling of all technical aspects related to Molecular Diagnostics and other business custom&OEM projects specifically focused to Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) management and commercial proposals for business customers management.

Job Description

• Work with customers and sales representatives to understand commercial customers needs and serve as the internal link within the company to fulfill agreed customers requirements at a consistently high standard.
• Prepare commercial proposals for customers by evaluating terms and conditions and using Client Services Project Managers/Product Managers provided pricing.
• Consolidate product specifications, initiate and coordinate custom and OEM Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) creation processes in ERP systems.
• Work closely with the Client Services Project Managers, Product Managers, manufacturing, quality, customer service, R&D, business leads to ensure that custom&OEM SKUs and commercial proposals management goals would be met effectively and timely.
• Initiate the process of set up and sending customized product samples to customers for products testing.
• Responsible for the transfer process of the business transaction terms to the ERP systems.
  
  

Keys to Success

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science field required.
  
  

Experience

• One year practice in Science Industry and/or Project Management field.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Enterprise One, Oracle, Salesforce) is an advantage.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Commercial work experience in the life sciences (e.g., sales, customer service, technical sales support) is an advantage.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral).
• Digital literacy (MS Office).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry or other related fields.
• Knowledge of documentation principles.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
