Ever wondered what it feels like to be a IT Techpoint Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As An IT Techpoint Agent You Will

• Provide support for mobile and tablet devices, including unlocking user accounts and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage orders, repairs, assignment, and activation requests for mobile and tablet devices.
• Handle billing management, control, statistics, and distribution to coordinators.
• Enroll devices in the Mobile Device Management system, support iOS version testing, and follow patching policies.
• Diagnose, prioritize, resolve, and escalate mobile and IT incidents while keeping CMDB updated and users informed.
• Perform software installations, Outlook profile setup, .PST file recovery, and troubleshoot IT issues such as email refresh and password resets.
• Support new joiners and leavers by delivering and returning IT assets, assisting with data backup, and provisioning forgotten accessories.
• Transfer complex issues to relevant teams, send on-site technicians for desk-specific problems, and ensure smooth IT operations.
  
  

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Apple iPhone devices and their ecosystem.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
• Understanding of mobile operating systems.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical topics with clients and team members.
• Capability to manage workload independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Incident Management, and ability to conduct desk research.
• Onsite presence required 5 days a week.
