Travelsim is a key growth pillar at the heart of our Commercial strategy at Vodafone Group. We are breaking new ground with innovative offers and technologies like eSIM, and our goal is to become the operator of choice for travellers abroad.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of new and innovative global Travel eSIM products, as well as manage the product lifecycle. You will own the roadmap and interface with all internal and external functions to ensure outstanding user experience and commercial success.

You will create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Oversee the design, development, and launch of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success. Ensure that the product strategy and development processes are customer-centric, addressing customer pain points and enhancing user experience. Stay ahead of travel industry trends and continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance our product offerings.

Who You Are

  • Digital Technologies: A strong understanding of digital technologies, including eSIM, CRM systems, mobile applications, and cloud-based solutions, is essential. This expertise will help Vodafone stay at the forefront of innovation
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, are crucial. A track record of data-driven approaches will be invaluable in driving success
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships, are important. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills will effectively convey ideas and present strategies to C-Level audiences
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Strong adaptability and resilience are necessary, with the capacity to adapt to changing market conditions, handle setbacks with resilience, and pivot strategies as necessary to meet business objectives
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in agile project management are desirable, highlighting expertise in managing projects efficiently and effectively
