Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct network security assessments, audits, and reports.
• Plan and implement new network solutions and optimize existing ones.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment (routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, DHCP).
• Manage network equipment procurement and coordinate subcontractors.
• Configure firewalls, routing, and switching for maximum security and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain VPN tunnels for secure remote access.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance.
• Investigate faults and performance issues.
• Keep network equipment updated with the latest firmware releases.
• Report network status to key stakeholders.
• Think critically and solve problems under pressure.
• Commit to continuous learning and skill development.

Requirements:

🔹 Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

🔹 Professional certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP, AZ-700) are preferred.

🔹 At least 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer.

🔹 Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure networking, including virtual networks, hybrid connectivity, firewalls, and security groups.

🔹 Familiarity with Amazon AWS networking services, such as VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and DNS management (Route 53).

🔹 Solid experience with network operating systems (PAN-OS, Cisco IOS, etc.).

🔹 Deep knowledge of network infrastructure protocols.

🔹 Strong skills in network design and documentation.

🔹 Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

🔹 Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

🔹 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

🔹 Strong leadership abilities to manage network projects and strategic initiatives.

🔹 Team player with excellent collaboration skills.

🔹 Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
