Job Summary

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to start your career in data analysis, gain hands-on experience, and grow with a supportive team of professionals. The role is centered around providing insights on all aspects of 4th Level Trade BMW business to include sales activity, potential opportunities and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provides regular reports and analysis on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
• Creates and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer information, and other relevant data.
• Collaborates with internal teams including marketing, business development, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.
• Provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support when needed.
• Provides and creates marketing and promotional materials to dealers, and ensures brand consistency.
• Monitors dealer performance according to agreed metrics, and take corrective actions when needed.

Experience, Skills and Key Competencies

• Fresh graduate from an accredited college or university is required with a focus in Business, Business Intelligence or related discipline.
• Willingness to develop in data reporting and analysis.
• Automotive industry interest would be an advantage.
• Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Availability for travel (quarterly business trips across Slovenia).
