People Care (Employee Relations)

Your role
As an HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring an excellent workplace experience.
People Care (Employee Relations)
- Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and company practices
- Provide guidance on well-being and interpersonal relations
- Offer advice on performance improvement and career development
- Assist employees based on their development needs
- HR Administration and Labor Law
- Create, maintain, and update employee records with attention to detail
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees
- Lead new hires through company policies and procedures
- Identify, attract, and engage suitable candidates
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviews
- Assess candidates and communicate with prospective talent
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Knowledge of Slovenian labor legislation and legal practices
- People-focused mindset
- Attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Flexibility - Adjust your time to work efficiently, be it working hours, or full-time work from home office
