A skillful and dynamic person, someone who takes ownership of their deliverables, experienced working with agile software development, multiple stakeholders at various levels and ideally with previous experience with complex and large-scale systems.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain services in production and staging environments, following defined architecture and R&D team requirements.
• Enhance and automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI to support continuous delivery workflows.
• Monitor application performance, implement improvements for stability, and ensure reliability in large-scale systems.
• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet to automate infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with global teams to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
• Conduct system analysis and implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and disaster recovery.
• Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Implement and monitor alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
• Contribute to application and infrastructure troubleshooting, ensuring swift identification and resolution of issues.

You are a good match if you have:

• 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation tasks.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of source control systems like Git or GitLab.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
• Basic programming experience in languages such as Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
• Solid grasp of SRE, DevOps principles, and best practices (e.g., incident management, reliability improvements).

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Experience managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience managing Docker Swarm & K8.
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies for SCM/BCM/DR.
